Allie is 1 month

Our precious little girl is 1 month. She is a cutie and we love her so much. She has big blue eyes (at least for now) and we have gotten a few smiles out of her. These are some of her latest pictures.

Uncle Jesse and Aunt T.T

We just had a great visit with my sister and Jesse. We had fun helping them plan their wedding which will be in September. The kids love them so much and they have a blast with them. The boys are so excited that they can call Jesse "uncle". Thanks guys for a great visit..we can't wait for the wedding.

Trouble in the Making...

This is Luke and his friend Abigail. These two are little buddies, but full of mischief. Abigail lives across the street and she is just a little older than Luke. Both of these kiddos love to eat, so you will find them snacking together quite often. We have quite a few good stories about these two that I am sure they will appreciate when they reach high school. They love to hold hands and we have caught them just walking around our street hand in hand. Last week they were really good at giving us things to laugh at. One evening they were in the rocks at the end of our street and Luke was of course completely naked. All of a sudden we say Abigail storming toward us with her shoulders swaying and we could tell she was not happy. When she got to us she says..."Lukey went pee pee on me" Her skirt was wet, but then Lukey comes running behind her and he is yelling, "No I didn't pee pee on you." Not sure we will ever know exactly what happened, but we had a good chuckle. The next day the kids were playing at our house and I hear Abigail say "Lukey can I get in your bed with you." Luke quickly replies "sure" and he begins sharing all his blankets with her. This picture is how we found them..so cute, but only when they are 2!!!

Sleepy Kids

I love the time of day when Allie gets out of the bath and I get her all ready for bed in her cozy footed PJs. She smells so good and she is extra cuddly. I usually give her a bath after the boys go down to sleep, so I can just sit and enjoy her in her nice warm tub.
This is a FIRST...Last week we had some busy days with my sister in town. She spoils the boys and does so many fun things with them. By the end of the week these guys were pooped out. On Thursday morning we took the boys on a bike ride to get bagels and then my sister and mom took them to Incredible John's Pizza for lunch. By the time they got home I didn't want to lay them down for a nap, so we snuggled on the couch and watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. By some miracle they both fell asleep. I know that you probably think that I am crazy for making such a deal over this, but this has never happened. I always here about people whose kids sleep on the couch or just fall asleep on the floor, not my boys. Thankfully they take great naps each day in their beds but once in a while I just wish they would take a little catnap on the couch if we get home too late for naps. They usually both fight it and try way too hard to keep their eyes open, but not last week...they finally crashed on the couch for me. I purposely didn't wake them so Andy could see them when he got home from work because they looked so precious. When it was time to wake up it was a whole different story and we had two whiney, cranky boys on our hands, but I enjoyed the quietness while it lasted.
