Andrew had a Christmas performance today. It was so cute to see the 60 Kindergarten students up on stage singing in their Sunday best. Andrew was very into the singing this year and new all the words to the songs. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time. His teacher talked about the adults having "happy tears" during the show, and there were a few happy tears shed watching our boy. He seemed so grown up, yet still so innocent and cute. We all went to watch him and just like Luke did, Andrew chose a dress for Allie to wear. Thankfully she has so many fun dresses that are hand me downs, because her brothers love to choose her outfits.
Andrew also had a special lunch today. He was chosen to be the kindergartner that got to eat lunch with Mrs. Thorson the principle. When they do nice things in class they get a special card that goes into a drawing. Andrew as chosen as the kindergartner for the month. He got to eat pizza lunch with Mrs. Thorson. She said he did so well with the older kids and joined right in conversation with them. We are so proud of you buddy!!!So, when Andrew got home from school I asked him what him and Casey were doing up on stage (they kept giggling and poking each other) He says, "I told Casey I was embarassed and he told me to not be embarassed, but to be a big man." We laughed so hard...I love the mind of kindergartners!!!
