Our Little Boys..can you tell they were our 1st kids

Andrew and Ben's first Halloween seemed like yesterday and here I am with a big 4 year old and two other little ones running around. We tortured these poor boys with so many photos. We set up little scenes for them to take pictures in. We decorated the couch with pumpkins and fall decor and sat the boys right in the middle and the we proceeded to put them in a giant black caldron to get some pics. I came across these pictures tonight and they just made me laugh...we must have taken about 100 pictures of them in their Halloween attire. I also love these pictures because I can compare Andrew to Allie. She is the exact same age he was at this time of year...I can see some similarities. We love you Big Boys and can't believe how fast you have grown...no way in the world would they let us take pictures like this anymore!!!

SuperHero Day...

Andrew had superhero day at school yesterday and he was BuzzLightyear. This is Luke's Halloween costume but he told Andrew that he could borrow it for school. I was not able to take him to school that day so we didn't get any pictures with his superhero friends.

Saturday with Grandma

Saturday the boys went to grandma's house to decorate pumpkins, swim in the spa, and have hotdogs for lunch. They made some crazy looking pumpkins. Thanks grandma for a fun afternoon.

Pumpkin Crafts

Last week one day we headed to Wallmart to buy some pumpkins and some craft supplies. The boys each painted and decorated a pumpkin. They put eyes and mouths on them. The pumpkins turned out very cute. Andrew named his "Alex Morris" and Luke named his pumpkin "Spencer" Little Allie looked on from the exersaucer.

Pumpkin Patch Visit #1

We have a great pumpkin patch farm about 20 minutes away from our house. We love going there this time of year, so we usually make a couple visits. Saturday evening we made our first visit with our friends. The kids love to see the animals, ride the hayride out to the pumpkin fields, see the animals, and enjoy all the other activities they have. I'm sure we will be there a couple more times this season...we do support our local Walmart though and buy our pumpkins from there!!!

Tis the Season

YEAH...I love the Fall season and it is finally here. I have my baked apple candle burning on the kitchen counter (one of my favorite things), the fall decorations are up, the house is spotless clean (after an all day deep clean yesterday), it is raining outside and my windows are open, I'm wearing a pair of sweats and a hoodie, and 2 of my 3 kiddos are peacefully sleeping in their cozy beds for a nap. I love...love..love this time of year. Tonight we are having a pizza and movie night at home and I am going to bake a yummy pumpkin dessert...yippie for Fall!!!!
