After a fun weekend in Bakersfield we drove down to Seal Beach to stay with grandma “E”. We were able to spend a whole week at her house on the beach. We went to the beach just about every day. The boys were very brave in the water. They both boogie boarded. Andrew was very brave and would venture far out in the water to catch a wave. We spent an afternoon with friends down at the beach and the boys were so cute riding waves together. Allie enjoyed the beach for a short time, but required daddy and mommy to take turns bringing her back up to grandma’s house. Grammie was also in town for the week to help grandma “E” recover from a surgery. It was so fun to spend the week with her as well and she was a big help with the kids. The boys enjoyed walking down to Main Street with her for ice cream and a visit to the seashell store. On Thursday Uncle Ryan, Aunt Christy, and cousin Noah joined us at grandma’s. We enjoyed a little beach time with them and running around for Aunt Kim’s wedding together. It is always fun to hang out with grandma “E”. We are so lucky to have her!!!
