She's a COWGIRL.....

...just because she wanted to be!!!! This skirt has been hanging on her wall since she was a baby. Aunt Kim gave it to her when she was born. I always felt like it was so big, but now little missy fits in it just perfectly. She thinks she is quite the cowgirl!!!
