A MERRY DISNEYLAND ADVENTURE

We had a successful DISNEYLAND experience. The kids were so excited when we surprised them Thursday morning. We stayed with grandma "E" and the kids love going to her house. The rain held out most the day, so the weather was great. Andrew said "that was awesome" after almost every ride. We got on all the rides, and the boys were so brave on Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. Luke didn't enjoy those rides so much. He loved Autopia and he was a very crazy driver. Allie enjoyed all the sites and she really loved the rockets and Dumbo. She did get a little nervous around the characters, but she wanted to hold her autograph book all day. The park was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we of course loved all the festive decorations. Aunt Kim and Uncle Albino met us for the afternoon and we had a great time riding rides with them and visiting. Allie especially loved spending some time with them. The boys each brought some money from their piggy bank to buy something. Luke picked out a stuffed animal Pluto and a big sucker and Andrew bought the famous Pluto hat. It was fun to see them pick something out that they really loved. Overall it was a GREAT trip and it was so great to see our kids faces so excited and light up over all the DISNEY excitement.
